Our cooking classes are hosted by Chef Regina. They are a great idea for team building and special occasions like Kitchen Teas, Stork parties or even birthday celebrations. We offer a variety of cuisines.

 

 

Cooking Classes:

Corporate Cooking Classes

All corporates welcome.

 

OPTION 1:

  • We accommodate from 2 to 8 pax in our industrial kitchen.
  • No dining on site (food will be packed in for guests to enjoy at home).

 

OPTION 2:

  • We come to your home/venue (mobile).
  • Must have kitchen facilities.
  • Up to 20 pax.

 

OPTION 3:

  • We have secured a beautiful kitchen venue.
  • Can accommodate up to 20 guests (venue hire charges applicable).

 

  • Also perfect for corporates who would like to combine morning meetings/conferences with a cooking experience afterwards, all on the same site.
  • Bookings are essential and are subject to availability.
  • We can host evening classes starting at 6:30 pm on any available night of the week, or midday classes at 11:30 am or even mornings.
  • You are welcome to bring your own refreshments or wines, etc.
  • We supply glasses and ice and include instructions from a professional chef, all equipment, ingredients and recipes.
  • We offer discounts for groups of 14 or more.
  • We also offer mobile pasta-making classes at your home or chosen venue.

Pasta Making Master Classes

A full 2-hour pasta master class demonstration showing the art of making pasta from scratch with various techniques for you to participate or just sit back and enjoy, followed by a delicious sit-down pasta meal served in the last hour.

Starting from R495.

International Cuisine Cooking Classes

A 2-hour cooking demonstration/participation, including at least 5 various dishes from each cuisine, followed by a 1-hour feast of the prepped meals.

Starting from R690.

You can choose to be part of the cooking in groups, or you can sit back and relax and watch the Chef’s demonstration.
